NCYC Registration


There are a few things you need to know about registering for NCYC 2017:

  1. Individual participant registration is organized through your local Catholic High School or Parish Community of the Diocese of La Crosse CLICK HERE to see if your School/Parish is organizing a group. Parish/School leaders can submit your information at the Group Registration Form to let us know you are organizing a group of youth and adults.

  2. If your School/Parish is not registered to make the trip, be sure to reach out to your leadership and convince them to put a group together! Go to the Videos Page for some help in putting together your case.

  3. Individual registration in your parish/school is accepted on a strict first-come-first-served as-space-permits basis! There are only so many seats on the bus and so many beds in the hotel we are staying at.

  4. A waitlist is  not a bad thing! If you submit your registration, and there is  not enough space for you to register, know that you can be added to our waitlist. Plans change and people get sick, you could still go!

What is the Cost?

  • Youth Participant: Not to exceed $575.00. That cost MAY drop as we get closer to our trip depending on various expenses etc.  This includes:

    • Conference registration

    • Hotel for 3 nights

    • Ground transportation

    • 7 meals (there are a few you will need to pay for)

    • A conference t-shirt

    • Chaperone surcharge and diocesan administrative fees

  • Adult Chaperone: $50.00 Security Deposit. In thanksgiving for your time away from work, family and your service and dedication to this meaningful experience, we budgeted in the adult costs to be covered. All other items listed above are included.

  • Adult Participant: Not to exceed $575.00. Want to come but do not want to be considered an official chaperone? Sign on and come with your son/daughter to share in this experience!

  • Cancellation fees and substitution fees do apply for any cancellations!! Be sure to plan ahead and commit to this weekend if you plan to go!!

  • Please note that you will need extra spending money for meals on your own, snacks, and any shopping you plan to do.

    • $100.00 non-refundable deposit

    • Registration form

  • Items due Friday, September 22, 2017

    • Payment balance

    • NFCYM/NCYC Liability Waiver and Permission Form

    • Diocesan Medical Permission and Liability Waiver Form

 Plan B: Delayed Registration—Spots are reserved on a first come-first served basis, due to the delayed timing of this registration option, spots CANNOT be guaranteed!

  • Items due Friday, September 22, 2017:

    • FULL Payment

    • Registration form

    • NFCYM/NCYC Liability Waiver and Permission Form

    • Diocesan Medical Permission and Liability Waiver Form
